1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 7ebd website or mobile platform in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using 7ebd services.

7ebd reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the platform. Continued use of 7ebd after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 7ebd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. Players who do not meet these requirements are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any games or betting activities:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). 7ebd takes the protection of minors very seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to an underage player.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform and must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process. Submitting false information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 7ebd or any of its associated business partners, subsidiaries, or software providers.

7ebd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on 7ebd. Operating multiple accounts, using shared accounts, or accessing another player's account without express authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all funds held in those accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 7ebd will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Any activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are compromised remains your responsibility until you report the breach.

KYC Verification

7ebd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or when flagged by our compliance systems. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of your payment method. KYC documents must be genuine, current, and clearly legible. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary freeze of your account's withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All monetary transactions on 7ebd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7ebd supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and Barisal.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 7ebd accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 7ebd aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on the selected payment method. 7ebd reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Players are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their chosen payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7ebd periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other special incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. The standard wagering requirement on most bonuses is 25x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated. Players may not withdraw any bonus funds that have not yet met the required rollover conditions.
• 7ebd reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected.

Bonus offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time at 7ebd's sole discretion, and their availability may vary by region or player profile. Where a special promotion is tied to a seasonal event — such as Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh, or IPL and BPL cricket tournaments — additional conditions specific to that promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7ebd. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant legal authorities:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or software scripts to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering, financial fraud, or using 7ebd's platform as a conduit to transfer illicit funds.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use or operate your registered account.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, loopholes, or undocumented technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform component to obtain funds or game credits unfairly.

7ebd employs real-time monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play, wagering, and transaction behaviour. Any player flagged by our systems will have their account placed under review. Decisions made by 7ebd regarding prohibited activities are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

7ebd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, 7ebd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical faults, errors, or omissions. 7ebd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from unavailability of service, game result disputes, or transaction failures.

In all cases, 7ebd's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise— shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
